We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Enquiry data: name, live-chat contact details or email, and the trip you are asking about.

Booking data: traveller name as per passport, passport number and expiry, date of birth, nationality, gender, emergency contact, travel dates and payment status — collected only when you confirm a booking, and only because airlines, hotels and insurers require it.

We do not collect card numbers on this website.

To quote, reserve and operate your trip; to issue tickets, hotel and insurance documents; to contact you about your booking; and to meet Malaysian tourism and tax record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Only with the suppliers needed to deliver your trip — airlines, hotels, ground operators, insurers — and with authorities where the law requires it.

Booking records are stored in an access-controlled database. Booking lookup on this site requires both your booking reference and a private 6-digit PIN, and the PIN is stored only in hashed form.

We keep booking records for 7 years to satisfy accounting and regulatory requirements, then delete them.

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email traveltourinternational4@gmail.com and we will respond within 21 days.
