Booking Terms & Conditions

All prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices per person, based on twin sharing and low-season departures. Prices in currencies other than Malaysian Ringgit are converted for guidance only.

A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written quotation and you accept it in writing via our live chat or email.

After the itinerary is confirmed, the customer must first pay a 50% deposit of the total amount. The deposit is used to lock in flight prices, hotel rooms, vehicles and other itinerary resources, avoiding any impact on the booking due to price changes or sold-out availability.

Once the flight tickets are successfully issued and the e-tickets and related booking documents are sent to the customer for confirmation, the customer must pay the remaining 50% balance. This arrangement safeguards the rights of both parties and allows the customer to confirm the booking details before completing the final payment.

All payments must be made only to the company-authorized agent or salesperson's receiving account stated on the official invoice. Before payment, please carefully check the payee name, bank account and invoice number. If the details do not match, please contact customer service immediately for verification and do not transfer any funds.

**Security reminder:** Our company and staff will never ask customers for bank card passwords, OTP verification codes, online banking passwords or request remote control of your mobile phone. If you encounter such a request, please stop payment immediately and contact official customer service.

You must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and obtain any required visas. Names given to us must match your passport exactly; airlines charge for corrections and some tickets cannot be amended.

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, flight schedule changes, closures or events outside our control. Where a listed inclusion cannot be provided, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund of that component.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is included only where a package explicitly states it. We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and ground operators, and are not liable for their acts beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
